- Arizona: In August 2021, Phoenix home prices were up 25.4% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $395K. On average, homes in Phoenix sell after 25 days on the market compared to 33 days last year. There were 2,309 homes sold in August this year, down from 2,395 last year.
- Seattle: In August 2021, Seattle home prices were up 5.1% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $799K. On average, homes in Seattle sell after 7 days on the market compared to 8 days last year. There were 1,281 homes sold in August this year, up from 1,176 last year.
